Overview
Job Title: Handyman/ General operative
Location: Reading
Type: Static
Working: Mon - Fri
Salary: up to 33,780
- Any trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing etc.)
- Legionella - L8 (desired, not essential)
- Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance
- Work may include, but is not limited to: changing door locks, skirting board replacement, hanging doors, changing taps, sinks and toilets, painting and decorating
- Liaise with management and client
- Work alongside subcontractors and other engineers
