Location: Reading, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Slough, High Wycombe
Salary: £25.00 per hour
A Plumber Multi-Trade is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role involves carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Daily Responsibilities- Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
- Completing associated multi-trade works where required
- Providing a high level of customer service to residents
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
- Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs
- Must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- Must have a full UK manual driving licence
- Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience
- Company vehicle, fuel card and uniform supplied
- Overtime opportunities available, including evenings and weekends
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm
- On-call allowance and emergency call-out opportunities
