Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Plant Fitter to service and repair plant machinery on client sites around Reading. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure machines are ready for use, with training to develop weaker areas.
Working hours are 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with overtime possible. A company van, fuel card and door-to-door travel support accompany the role, and there is clear opportunities for progression and skills development through structured
