Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Community and Estates Management teams, delivering high-quality repairs, planned and unplanned works, and statutory compliance of building fabric and mechanical/electrical systems.
You will inspect faults, perform minor repairs and decorations, communicate with residents and contractors, and drive timely maintenance using Onesite, while prioritising safety and budget adherence.
