This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in the Greater Reading Area. The Electrician will support mobile network rollout projects by performing electrical installation, testing, and maintenance on telecommunications infrastructure and associated equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include wiring and cabling, panel and distribution board work, fault diagnosis and repair, and ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with engineers and rigging teams on site, preparing accurate documentation, and participating in commissioning and integration activities as required.

• Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) and valid industry certifications.
• Proven experience as an electrician, ideally within telecommunications, construction, or industrial environments.
• Commitment to health and safety, including familiarity with UK electrical and site safety regulations.
• Ability to work at height or on towers (where required), with appropriate training and medical clearance.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on site.
