Your Compensation    Competitive Base Salary: £42,921.87 (inclusive of night allowance), with an average OTE ranging from £43,000 to £53,000.

Oxford   Abingdon   Didcot   Wantage   Witney   Bicester   Thame     We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing on getting our members back on the road in your area. Your Role  As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you’ll be the hero on the road, delivering:
Expert mechanical roadside repairs   Vehicle diagnostics   Emergency breakdown support across the UK     Whether it’s a flat battery, a tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most. What You’ll Need    A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)   Proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience   A customer-focused approach   A full UK driving licence     You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside, combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service.
