Position: Multi Trade Remedial & Maintenance Fitter
We are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled maintenance operative to join our small, friendly team.

The role will involve carrying out a variety of remedial, guarantee and general maintenance works, as well as kitchen rip-outs and assisting with other work on site as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out remedial and maintenance works to a high standard.

* Complete guarantee and snagging works.

* Carry out kitchen rip-outs and associated works.

* Assist other trades and colleagues on site when required.

* Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

* Work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes and on building sites.

* Be flexible and willing to undertake other types of work as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Multi-skilled and practical, with good general building/maintenance experience.

* Reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in.

* Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

* Flexible and willing to take on different tasks and responsibilities.

* Customer-focused and takes pride in their workmanship.

* Able to work to a high standard and meet deadlines.

* Experienced in maintenance, remedial or general building work (preferred).
