Are you an experienced Kitchen Fitter with strong carpentry skills looking for a long-term opportunity within the social housing sector? We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Kitchen Fitter to join a busy Property Services team delivering high-quality kitchen installations and refurbishment works across residential housing stock in Reading and surrounding areas.

Working within occupied properties, you will carry out full kitchen installations, repairs and refurbishment projects while ensuring excellent customer service and minimal disruption to tenants.

• Kitchen fitting and installation
• Carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Basic plumbing and pipework alterations
• Patch plastering and making good
• Vinyl flooring installation
• Wall and floor tiling
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent tenant liaison and customer care

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in kitchen fitting and carpentry
• Experience working within domestic maintenance, property services or social housing environments
• Multi-trade skills including plumbing, plastering, flooring and tiling
• The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards
• A full UK driving licence

• 25.00 per hour Umbrella
• Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
• Company van provided during working hours
• Consistent work with an established Property Services team
• Opportunity to work on a varied housing maintenance and refurbishment programme
