Heat Pump Engineer

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for renewable heating technology?

We're looking for a Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across domestic renewable heating systems throughout the RG postcode areas.

• Salary up to £40,000

• Service, maintain and repair Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and hot water systems

• Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works to restore systems to full operation

• Test, commission and optimise system performance

• Complete service records and job documentation accurately

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations and manufacturer standards

• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes

• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on renewable heating systems

• Good knowledge of heat pump technology and hot water systems

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

• Full UK driving licence
