Are you a Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a varied mobile role working across high-end residential, commercial, education and prestigious sites? Are you keen to build a long-term career within an established business that has been operating for over 100 years? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established service and maintenance company, offering variety, interesting sites, and genuine long-term progression.
This role is ideal for a Commercial Gas Engineer who wants to work on a varied range of systems and sites rather than being based on one static location. You'll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding across Reading, Swindon, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and into London, working with prestigious clients.
Your Job As A Commercial Gas Engineer Will Include:
Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas systems
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs
Diagnosing faults and carrying out fault finding across commercial heating systems
Working across high-end residential, commercial, education and prestigious sites
Travelling across Reading, Swindon, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and occasionally London
Supporting and mentoring younger engineers within the team
Completing service reports and working to strict health & safety and compliance standards
As A Commercial Gas Engineer
You Will Have:
Relevant commercial gas qualifications and strong commercial gas experience
Experience carrying out breakdowns, fault finding, servicing and maintenance
Ideally experience with commercial gas, oil and LPG systems
Good knowledge of domestic gas systems would be advantageous
A strong hands-on maintenance background
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a close-knit team
A full UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo DBS / Enhanced DBS and security clearance where required
