HGV Technician

Reading
Salary:
Up to £23.00 per hour DOE + Overtime
Hours:
Monday to Friday Rotating Early & Late Shifts

- Service, maintain and repair HGVs
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Carry out inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT
- Complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Accurately complete workshop documentation
- Support apprentices and trainee technicians where required
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- HGV Licence advantageous but not essential
