KEY ACCOUNT FIRE & SECURITY ENGINEER
Reading Area | £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Training
CIA Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Group, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Fire & Security Engineer to support a portfolio of valued customer sites across the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the trusted engineering lead for key clients, delivering exceptional service, solving technical challenges and helping shape long-term customer relationships.

What You Will Be Doing
* Managing planned maintenance and reactive service visits
* Diagnosing and resolving faults across fire and security systems
* Completing remedial works, upgrades and small projects
* Building strong relationships with customer contacts
* Providing technical recommendations and identifying improvement opportunities
* Delivering accurate reports and high-quality customer service
What We Are Looking For
* Proven Fire & Security engineering experience
* Gent qualified
* Strong fault-finding skills across fire and/or security systems
* Professional customer-facing communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
* Full UK Driving Licence
