Salary: £46,800 + Overtime

Monday to Friday | 45 hours per week

Working Hours:

07:00 - 17:00

Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a new opportunity with a Monday-to-Friday working pattern?
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable HGV Technician to join an established commercial vehicle workshop. This is a great opportunity for a technician looking for a varied role, regular working hours and the chance to develop their technical skills within a busy workshop environment.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:

· Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance

· Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

· Completing repairs and replacing worn or defective components

· Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying potential faults

· Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

· Completing job cards and maintenance records accurately

· Following health and safety procedures at all times

· Working efficiently to meet workshop requirements

· Supporting the wider workshop team when required

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician

· Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

· Good knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· A reliable, professional and proactive approach

· Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 would be advantageous

· MOT preparation experience would be beneficial
