Our client is a public accounting firm. They seek a Tax Senior to join their Red Bank, NJ office.
Responsibilities- Prepare complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
- Prepare high net worth individual returns
- Review C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
- Review complex individual returns
- Research and draft a memorandum involving tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Handle and resolve tax controversies
- Train and supervise all staff accountants
- 2+ years of public accounting experience
- Understanding of accounting concepts, tax return preparation, and review
