Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Red Bank, NJ area (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are partnering with a stable, family-owned organization in the Red Bank, NJ area seeking a Senior Accountant due to company growth and an upcoming retirement. With very low turnover and a collaborative, tenured team, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong culture.

The organization generates approximately $100M in revenue and operates across 50 entities
, offering exposure to a dynamic and multi-entity environment.

• Perform monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with consolidations across multiple entities
• Prepare and review payroll-related entries
• Maintain and track fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy of the general ledger
• Collaborate with the Controller and accounting team on ongoing process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
