Denholtz is seeking a motivated Property Accountant to join the Accounting team in Red Bank, NJ. The role focuses on accurate, timely accounting for a dynamic real estate portfolio and requires proactive organization and collaboration across departments.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and proficiency in Excel;
Yardi experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Accounting Manager.
