Overview
The Calendar Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date court calendars, deadlines, and deposition schedules, ensuring compliance with state and federal court rules. This role involves docketing conferences, motions, trials, and orders, as well as coordinating depositions by confirming details and arranging court reporters or translators.

- Answer inquiries related to calendar events
- Answer inquiries related to court rules
- Review, update, and maintain calendars for court dates, deadlines, and depositions
- Docket conferences, court orders, motions, trials, and deadline dates into the database
- Confirm and reschedule depositions, including ordering court reporters and translators
- Communicating – Provide information to others in a concise, direct, and unambiguous way so they clearly understand the specifics and function of the message.
- Conflict Management – Address problems openly and objectively, bringing significant conflicts and disagreements into the open with the intention to resolve them in an unemotional and constructive manner.
- Professionalism – Set high standards and serve as a role model for work performance, ethical conduct, and respect, consistently acting in accordance with generally accepted moral principles and the profession's best practices.
- Planning & Priority Setting – Identify priorities and develop detailed action plans that include objectives, accountabilities, time frames, standards, review stages, and contingencies.

Requirements- Knowledge and understanding of state court rules and orders
- Experience with calendar and docketing of conferences, motions, trials, and deadline dates
- Experience confirming and rescheduling depositions, including ordering court reporters and translators
- Highly familiar with E-law, PACER, and eCourts
- Highly familiar with e‑filing in both state and federal courts, understanding legal terminology specific to the practice
- 3 years of experience as a calendar clerk preferred
$55,000 - $60,000
