We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator. This role focuses on managing multistate payroll for a workforce of over 2,500 employees across various locations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting, along with proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities and payroll systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process multistate payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple locations.
- Utilize ADP Vantage software to manage payroll operations and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including pay policy implementation.
- Manage timesheets, PTO policies, and premium pay calculations.
- Import and reconcile payroll entries to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct analysis using Excel formulas and pivot tables to support payroll operations.
- Monitor and apply updates to pay policies as needed.
- Ensure overall payroll systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multistate environment.
- Proficiency in using ADP Vantage or similar payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience managing payroll for large teams of over 500 employees.
- Ability to handle timesheets, PTO policies, and premium pay calculations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
