What We’re Looking For

A licensed (or on-the-path) architect or designer with 10+ years of experience, including project management experience within the healthcare sector. You’re a confident communicator, a strategic thinker, and a problem solver who understands the unique demands of healthcare design, including regulatory requirements, complex building systems, and multidisciplinary coordination. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with healthcare environments, including outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, imaging suites, surgical environments, or inpatient care spaces, is highly valued.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead projects from kickoff to closeout—keeping teams aligned, clients informed, and goals met.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables
  • Leading internal teams and external consultants to ensure project cohesion
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors
  • Reviewing construction documents for accuracy, clarity, and scope alignment
  • Overseeing construction administration and guiding execution in the field
  • Conducting project meetings and tracking action items
  • Evaluating cost impacts and identifying creative, cost-effective design solutions
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
  • 7–10 years of professional experience, including healthcare project management experience
  • Professional architectural license preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of healthcare design principles, medical planning, and clinical workflows
  • Experience with healthcare renovations, new construction, and complex occupied environments
  • Knowledge of FGI Guidelines, Department of Health requirements, ADA standards, and applicable building codes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
