Shift Details

• Full-Time employees work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Days and Shifts will vary based on business needs and availability.

Shifts typically range from:

• Monday - Friday
• 10:00am - 6:00pm
• 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
• Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for your entire shift
• Possess a valid active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses)
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver

About You

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.
