Mortgage Loan Processor

Overview

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in the mortgage processing and mortgage brokerage industry. Our goal is to train, mentor, and develop the right individual into a high-performing mortgage processor. No prior mortgage processing experience is required for the right candidate—we are prepared to provide hands-on training, structured guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow within the industry.

Candidates with prior mortgage or processing experience will be considered at a higher compensation level and may take on expanded responsibilities more quickly.

• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
• Prepare complete loan files for submission to wholesale lenders
• Submit loans to underwriting and manage conditions through clear-to-close
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, title companies, and other third parties
• Track loan milestones and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records and file notes in the loan systems
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep files moving efficiently

• Prior mortgage processing, underwriting, or loan origination experience
• Familiarity with wholesale lenders and loan guidelines
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS)
