Overview
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in the mortgage processing and mortgage brokerage industry. Our goal is to train, mentor, and develop the right individual into a high-performing mortgage processor. No prior mortgage processing experience is required for the right candidate—we are prepared to provide hands-on training, structured guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow within the industry.
Candidates with prior mortgage or processing experience will be considered at a higher compensation level and may take on expanded responsibilities more quickly.
- Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
- Prepare complete loan files for submission to wholesale lenders
- Submit loans to underwriting and manage conditions through clear-to-close
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, title companies, and other third parties
- Track loan milestones and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records and file notes in the loan systems
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep files moving efficiently

- Prior mortgage processing, underwriting, or loan origination experience
- Familiarity with wholesale lenders and loan guidelines
- Experience with loan origination systems (LOS)
$33,280 - $59,950 yearly
