- Build and maintain detailed financial models across products, unit economics, trade spend, wholesale activity and broader operating assumptions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning, translating growth plans and promotional calendars into clear financial outlooks and cash requirements
- Develop recurring financial reporting and analysis that provides leadership with visibility into performance, gross margins, COGS, EBITDA, risks and opportunities
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the accuracy of financial inputs and support strategic business decisions
- Own cash-flow analysis, balance-sheet visibility and the financial implications of continued retail, product and promotional expansion.
- Establish scalable finance processes, controls and reporting cadences while ensuring the accuracy of existing financial work.
- Partner with the company’s outsourced accounting firm and help build an internal finance team as the business grows.
- Finance experience within CPG
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis experience within a high-growth environment
- Experience supporting a company through meaningful growth and increasing operational complexity.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of cash flow, balance sheets, gross margins, COGS and EBITDA.
- Comfortable operating independently as a hands-on finance leader while serving as a strategic partner to the executive team.
- Net Suite experience is strongly preferred.
