Withum is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support our office network and end-users in Whippany, NJ, East Brunswick, NJ, Red Bank, NJ, or Princeton, NJ. This full-time role is based in the office five days per week.
You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot basic issues, document interactions, escalate when needed, and train users on standard procedures. The position requires 0–2 years in a help desk or IT support role, with familiarity in Windows/macOS and good customer service skills.
