HR Operations Specialist

• Assist with Integrations and Mergers
• Provide assistance and support to employees regarding their benefits (medical, dental, FMLA, Leave Administration)
• Generate reports through our One-HCM HRIS system
• File workers compensation claims
• Update all enrollments, changes, and terminations on insurance carrier websites
• Prepare all documents for leaves of absence - (FMLA, PFL, WC, etc.)
• Process invoices and manage HRIS entries

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience with HRIS platforms

• Pay Range: $58,000-$65,000

the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
