• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe, excellent, patient-centered care.
• Communicate ongoing with patients, colleagues and the health‑care team regarding status, care and treatment plans.
• Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to HMH standards.
• Administer medication utilizing latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family‑centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness and disease management.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient’s plan of care and goals from admission to discharge, ensuring safe transition and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred, or must obtain within 3 years.
• At least 6 months of relevant nursing experience, or active participation in the HMH Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, focus on teamwork, and passion for delivering highest quality care.

Minimum rate of $45.73 hourly. Additional information on compensation and benefits provided by HMH.
