Position: Clinical Resource Nurse - P/T Night w/benefits

The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care for patients he/she is called to care for.

Education,

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, current registered nurse license in the State of New Jersey

Minimum of 3 years of critical care or emergency department nursing experience

Telemetry certification, Titratable and Non-titratable drugs

Exhibits self-direction and use of a broad knowledge base, critical thinking, delegation, problem solving skills and protocol development

Exceptional verbal and non-verbal, written and listening skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and function in a collaborative role

Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex situations simultaneously

Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Licenses and Certifications

Required:

NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.

AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
