The Nurse Manager is the designated leader responsible for the provision of high-quality nursing care in an inpatient rehab setting. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are committed to improving patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Manage 24/7 accountability for the assigned unit(s).
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with emergency/disaster response policies.
• Monitor nursing standards of practice and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Develop and evaluate budgetary and financial priorities related to patient care.
• Promote cost-effective use of organizational resources and manage staffing plans.
• Demonstrate leadership by coaching and mentoring team members.
• Supervise and monitor educational programs and evidence-based practice.
• Support the Magnet Program by coordinating data collection and documentation.
• Incorporate organizational goals into standard work and participate in committee work.
• Professionally address complaints and follow up on service recovery efforts.

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required.
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• 3+ years’ progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Rehab experience preferred.

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
