• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Perform age and disease specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status.
• Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions.
• Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care.
• Provide ongoing communication with patient/family and healthcare team.
• Perform continuous Point‑of‑Care electronic documentation.
• Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar‑scanning technology.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes.
• Identify ethical issues in the practice setting and address them.

Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required.

• At least one year of RN experience required.
• At least one year working in an outpatient setting preferred.

• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required.
