- Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
- Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
- Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience.
- Administer medications using clinical documentation technology.
- Provide patient and family-centered care for health and disease management.
- Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge.
Education: BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
Experience: Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
