• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
• Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
• Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience.
• Administer medications utilizing clinical documentation technology.
• Provide patient and family-centered care for health and wellness optimization.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary in managing patient care plans from admission to discharge.

Education:

• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years

Experience:

• Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
