About This Role

The Registered Nurse in the PACU at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing practices and individualized patient-centered care. This role is ideal for those who excel in communication and collaboration within a diverse healthcare team.

• Pay: $46 - $46/hour
• Location: Red Bank, NJ
• Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Schedule: Full-time, Evening shift

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
• Communicate ongoing patient status and care plans with colleagues and healthcare team members.
• Ensure optimal patient and guest satisfaction according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Administer medications utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology.
• Provide patient and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health and wellness.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary in managing patient care plans from admission to discharge.

Education:

• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years

Experience:

• Critical care experience mandatory; PACU experience preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
