The Registered Nurse - ICU - Per Diem at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing practices and ensuring safe, individualized patient care. • Pay: $46 - $46/hour
• Location: Red Bank, NJ
• Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Department/Unit: ICU
• Schedule: Per Diem

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
• Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies.
• Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions of care.

• Education:
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire
• Experience:
• 1 year ICU RN experience required
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  
• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association
• ACLS certification preferred
• Telemetry certification is a plus
• National certification is a plus
