The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care for patients he/she is called to care for.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, current registered nurse license in the State of New JerseyMinimum of 3 years of critical care or emergency department nursing experienceTelemetry certification, Titratable and Non-titratable drugsExhibits self-direction and use of a broad knowledge base, critical thinking, delegation, problem solving skills and protocol developmentExceptional verbal and non-verbal, written and listening skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and function in a collaborative roleOrganizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex situations simultaneouslyProficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platformsEducation,

Licenses and Certifications
Required:
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP CertificationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
