Clinical Resource Nurse

The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

• Pay: $97,156/year
• Location: Red Bank, NJ
• Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care.
• Maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare teams through effective communication.
• Collaborate and provide clinical input for appropriate bed placement.
• Prioritize ED throughput to inpatient units.
• Proactively round on and assist nurse residents and new skills.
• Manage patients at risk for clinical deterioration through surveillance and house rounding.
• Assess and provide recommendations for patient care.
• Assist with clinical troubleshooting and high-risk nursing interventions.
• Provide support during rapid response and inpatient code blue calls.
• Mentor nursing staff in managing complex patient challenges.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Minimum of 3 years of critical care or emergency department nursing experience

• Current RN License in New Jersey
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required
• Telemetry certification preferred
