Seasonal Sales Support team members represent Tiffany & Co. during the holiday season and help deliver memorable client experiences. They support sales, hospitality, and store operations while maintaining the brand's service standards.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients, providing hospitable service and personalized experiences.
- Support engraving, manage waiting lists, and maintain a clean, orderly hospitality area.
- Assist the sales team with boxing and wrapping, replenishing supplies, and keeping point-of-sale stations and sales floors organized.
- Support store operations, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
- Communicate potential service issues to management.
- Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with diverse clients, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
