Position Overview:
Iron Rock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations in the Central Jersey Area near Red Bank, NJ. This role requires strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control
. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within Iron Rock Security.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor access control points
• Conduct regular patrols of the residential property
• Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports
• Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:

• Previous security experience required
• Access control experience required
• Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17-17.75/hour
• Medical insurance available to full-time employees working 30+ hours
