Pest Control Technician

• Perform industry-leading pest management services for residential customers
• Inspect client properties for pest infestations, damage, and entry points
• Identify pest types and determine appropriate treatments
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps
• Educate customers on pest prevention and reducing future infestation risks
• Build customer relationships and schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist with sales to current customers and expand products to new customers
• Maintain, stock, and inspect pest control equipment
• Follow local, state, and federal pest control and safety regulations
• Drive and safely operate a company-provided service vehicle
• Work safely in confined spaces and varied indoor and outdoor conditions

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license from state of residence
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations; covered by the employer
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
• Clean-shaven face for respirator safety
• Willingness to learn all areas of pest control
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills to follow product-label mixing instructions
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to work in tight, confined spaces
• Ability to work around animals, insects, termites, mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals
• Ability to work inside and outside in the local climate
• Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
• Ability to wear OSHA-compliant respiratory PPE

Demonstrates expertise in pest management services, including inspection, identification, and treatment of pest infestations. Proficient in customer education, relationship building, and compliance with safety regulations.
