The Atrium at Navesink is seeking a
Maintenance Mechanic to join our team!
The Atrium is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Red Bank, NJ. We are currently in search of a temporary Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a valued member of our team, the Maintenance Mechanic plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
Skills needed:
Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical experience including drywall installation. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience with painting. Ability to lift 50 lbs
Utilize an electronic work order system for task management and tracking.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including time and scope, through work order forms.
Coordinate effectively with vendors and contractors performing services at the facility.
Provide courteous assistance to residents, co-workers, and visitors; represent the facility in a professional manner.
Respond to emergency calls outside regular work hours as needed.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely, effective, and cost-efficient manner.
Submit completed work orders at the end of each day.
Leave detailed communication in apartments when residents are not present during service.
Foster positive, professional relationships with staff, residents, and guests.
Adhere to all fire and safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Salary Range - $20 - $23 per hour - TEMPORARY POSITION
