Thriveworks is a clinician‑owned National outpatient mental health private practice group offering a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Red Bank, NJ. • Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in New Jersey.

Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice.

Up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.

• Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Candidates interested in growth into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
