- Must have a current valid NJ High School Teacher Health/PE Certification ;
- Knowledge of current physical education instructional methods, as well as differentiated instruction based upon student learning styles;
- Knowledge of physiology, health and nutrition, biology and biological functions, anatomy, hygiene, exercise, and best ways to promote physical and mental well-being;
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents;
- Must complete a criminal history background check.
- Salary: Contingent upon the negotiated contract at Step 1, based on the applicant's current degree.
- Leave replacements may be eligible for:
- medical, prescription and dental benefits;
- sick, personal, bereavement days.
