- Possession of NJ DOE Standard Teaching Certificate (or County Substitute Teaching Certificate)
- Must go through a criminal history background check
- Meet NJSIAA qualifications for coaches
- Must serve as a role model to students
- Demonstrated coaching experience with expert knowledge of the relevant sport
- Ability to motivate
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and members of the school community
The stipend for the position is $5,639.00. Compensation based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the RBREA.
