Chambliss Center for Children - Red Bank is looking for two experienced, caring, and dependable Toddler Teachers to join our team!
If you have a couple of years of classroom experience and love helping toddlers learn, explore, and develop their independence, we’d love to meet you!

Education & Experience:
Our pay scale starts at $11/hour with high school diploma and little experience, and increases based on your education, credentials, and relevant experience, with opportunities to earn $16-$17+/hour. - Benefits:

Build relationships with children and families while helping young children reach important developmental milestones.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for toddlers.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children while supporting their growing independence and emerging skills.
- Maintain consistent routines for meals, diapering/toileting, naps, transitions, and play.
- Observe children and communicate important developmental, behavioral, and health information to families and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and other members of the center team.
- Follow all Chambliss Center policies and Tennessee Department of Human Services licensing requirements.
At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an early childhood classroom is strongly preferred.
- CDA or higher education in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Patient, dependable, energetic, and compassionate.
- Able to communicate professionally with children, families, and coworkers
- Someone who understands that working with toddlers takes both patience and a good sense of humor!
