Manufacturing Engineer

Director of Facilities

Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities. Position will be responsible for assessing facilities resources & developing/managing plan to optimize company resources.

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
• Specify and install production equipment and tooling
• Improve throughput, quality, and cost-efficiency on the line
• Solve process issues (e.g., bottlenecks, scrap, cycle time)
• Work closely with production, quality, and design teams
• Implement OPEX, lean manufacturing, and automation
• Determining facility and equipment specifications and project timelines
• Supporting and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, or equipment
• Confirm equipment specifications & work closely with maintenance on projects
• All other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• At least 3 yrs of experience as manufacturing engineer or in a similar role
• Experience with Autodesk (Autocad, Inventor, MS Office, Excel) a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills between necessary depts
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast paced manufacturing environment
