Entry‑Level Position Details

Entry-level positions earn $21.31 per hour.

Currently, we have multiple entry‑level crew member positions open at our Windows division in Red Bluff, California with great opportunities for advancement.

• Find yourself on a new career path in an entry-level manufacturing position with opportunity to learn and explore many jobs within the plant site including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision
• Load, package, and stack windows, doors, and window parts
• Work with a 2–3-person crew to package and load shipping trucks
• The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be demanding
• Repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments
• Work will consist of various shifts, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times

• We look for applicants with recent, related work history and verifiable references
• All applicants must be at least age 18
