Step Salary ProgramAfter 6 months of employment: $21.50/hour. After 12 months of employment: $22.00/hour.

PWT is a manufacturer of Engineered Wood Products (EWP). You will be an integral member of the team in operating machinery, manually feeding wood to the line, grading wood for quality, and packaging units all the while maintaining a safe and effective work environment. Upon completion of initial training, successful candidates will have opportunities to grow into machine operator roles.
Essential Functions- Provide relief in operations jobs for breaks, vacations, and other absences.
- Safely operate equipment and maintain good housekeeping (general and equipment) of assigned areas.
- Accurately sort product (various sizes and series).
- Actively participate in EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) programs.
- Participate in improvement projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Accountability and attention to detail
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Willing to be cross trained to perform various operations positions

Manufacturing Experience Required2 years+ of Industrial Experience preferred
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
