We are seeking experienced Flight Nurses to join a high‑performing air medical transport team based in Red Bluff, CA
. In this role, you will deliver advanced medical care during emergency transports, ensuring patient safety and stabilization. This position offers a fast‑paced, rewarding environment where every second counts.

• Conduct advanced assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments for critically ill or injured patients.
• Document detailed and accurate information for patient care and billing purposes.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
• Enhance expertise through mandatory training, clinical rotations, and skill labs.
• Maintain compliance with certifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to the defined scope of practice under the supervision of the program’s Medical Director.

• Active RN License
  :
  Valid in the state of California.
• Critical Care Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in emergency or critical care settings.
• Certifications
  : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials
  : CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements
  :
  Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred Qualifications
  :
  Flight or transport experience and instructor certifications.

• Competitive Pay
  :
  Hourly rates between $28.73–$41.01, with annual earnings potential of $97,452–$139,208.
• Sign-On Bonus

  Up to $35,000 (available through January 31, 2025).
