* As Registered Nurse (RN), you are a professional caregiver assuming full responsibility and accountability for patient assignments. Leveraging your expertise and therapeutic use of self, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that profoundly impacts patient well-being and recovery.

+ Performs routine physical/psychosocial assessment to collect basic data: follows the written plan of care, standards, practice guidelines, utilizes pathways, which includes notifying physicians as appropriate

+ Formulates a plan of care for individual needs, including patient population needs and participates in the planning of routine transitional health care needs (i.e. treatment options, patient placement options)

+ Adapts planned educational programs and information to individual patients and family by modifying teaching strategies or content and integrates education during the delivery of patient care

+ Ensures efficiency in the delivery of care to determine immediate priorities and to offer solutions for problems

+ Makes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge drawn from education and experience

+ Actively advocates for patient rights, identifies potential conflict and seeks counsel for resolution of conflict

+ Associate Of Nursing From an accredited school of nursing

+ Three years recent hospital experience and/or previous nursing practice experience

+ Registered Nurse: CA

+ Basic Life Support - CPR

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support

+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support

+ Certified Ostomy Care Nurse, within 6 - months

+ Certified Wound Care Nurse, within 6 - months

+ Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse, within 6 - months

+ Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse, within 6 - months

Preferred

+ Bachelors Of Nursing From an accredited school of nursing, upon hire

+ Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute, upon hire
