Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Red Bluff, California
Start Date: 06-29-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, Night, every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Roles & Responsibilities- Provide compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and treat patients with a wide range of conditions including stroke, abdominal pain, and orthopedic injuries
- Collaborate with physicians, midlevels, and a dedicated support team to deliver high-quality care
- Monitor telemetry strips and manage ventilators as needed
- Participate in trauma care for level III trauma patients and above
- Expertise in emergency and trauma care
- Strong triage and assessment skills
- Ability to handle high patient volumes (100+ visits per day)
- Comfortable with pediatric patients (500-600 per month)
- Proficient in telemetry monitoring and ventilator management

Requirements- 3-5 years of recent Emergency Room experience required
- Active RN license in California
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Experience with Cerner (First Net) EMR preferred
- Level III trauma experience or above preferred
