Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels using store tools (Current Ads/Planners, Produce Order guide, Milk sales history order guide, etc.);
Train associates in presentation, freshness, pricing, food handling, and safety compliance;
Assist in scheduling coverage and monitor performance of staff;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
