We're looking for an experienced Operations and Process Admin to join our dynamic team.

In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing efficient Operation and Process execution support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Your goal is to transform workflows into streamlined, high-quality outputs. You will report to the Director and play a critical role in digitalising our operation process.

What you'll be doing

Organising and maintaining electronic and physical documentation/filing systems

Purchase Order/Invoice preparation for the complete task.

Products IN / OUT quality check.

Order fulfilment process

Scheduling and coordinating site work, manpower & resources.

Documentation of Processes / SOP flow

Preparing reports, presentations and other documents as required

Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives

Providing general office support to ensure a well-organised and efficient work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work

Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures

Able to work with minimum guidance
